The mission of Leadership Northeast is to provide a framework for the development of visionary community leaders.
Since 1989, Leadership Northeast has successfully provided a venue for the encouragement and development of future leaders of the community. With over 400 graduates to-date, it is one of the premier leadership programs operating today. Leadership Northeast graduates have contributed dedicated, conscientious, committed leadership service to Northeast Tarrant County and the surrounding areas. This dynamic program offers nine monthly sessions which focus on:

- Energy and the Environment
- Community Service
- Public Safety
- Education
- Government and Leadership
- Health Care
- Economic Development
- Transportation
An interesting variety of speakers, tours and class venues helps each participant understand the strengths, challenges and current issues of all sectors of the vital Northeast Tarrant County area.
